The AMP20097 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Pulse Power Amplifier that operates from 4 to8 GHz. It has a Class AB linear design supporting C-Band octave Instantaneous bandwidth and includes built-in protection circuits with extending monitoring capabilities. This SSPA delivers a pulse output power of more than 2.0 kW (CW or Pulsed) with a gain of over 63 dB and a gain flatness of less than 3.0 dB p-p. It has spurious levels of up to -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc.   

The AMP20097 has local and flexible remote interfaces such as Ethernet, RS422/485, and USB for control. It is available in a 7U rack-mount enclosure that measures 482 x 310 x 700 mm and has an N-type (female) connector at both input and output port. This power amplifier requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes 2 KW of power. It is suitable for use in EMI/RFI, lab, HIRF/Pulse applications.
