The 125S1G6C from AR/RF Microwave Instrumentation is Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 1 to 6 GHz. It delivers a pulsed output power of 150 W with a small signal gain of 58 dB and has a gain reduction adjustment value of 12 dB. This Class-A SSPA provides protection from input overdrive beyond 0 dBm as well as protection from various failure conditions including over-temperature and power supply faults.
