The AA-10M1G-100 from Advanced Amplifiers is a TWT Power Amplifier that operates from 10 to 1000 MHz. It delivers a saturated CW output power of 100 W with a gain of 50 dB and a power gain flatness of 4.0 dB. This amplifier has a non-harmonic spurious of 60 dBc, harmonics of better than 25 dBc, and a 2-tone intermodulation of above 30 dBc. It features class AB linear LDMOS design and instantaneous wide bandwidth.
