The USMC0125B from US Microwave Laboratories is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 1 MHz to 2.5 GHz. It provides a gain of 31.5 dB with a noise figure of less than 3.5 dB and has a P1dB of 20 dB. This LNA exhibits a non-harmonic spurious value of -70 dBc and includes ESD and transient protection over RF input/output and DC. It requires a DC supply of 10 V and consumes less than 550 mA of current.
