Calibration of LCL-Probes
The standard CISPR 22 suggests a method of using ISN (Impedance Stabilisation Networks) to measure the common mode disturbances on unshielded symmetrical transmission lines. Depending on the degree of unbalance about earth of the nominally symmetrical line, a conversion from symmetrical signals to (unwanted) asymmetrical or common mode signals is caused.
