The EM603-12 by ESDEMC is an IC-Stripline TEM Cell that operates from DC to 12 GHz and generates an electromagnetic field for testing small devices such as ICs, wireless communication modules, etc. It has an external test signal applied through the input port that generates a consistent and predictable TEM test field inside the cell.
The TDEMI ULTRA 18 from GAUSS INSTRUMENTS is an EMI Receiver with a frequency range from 9 kHz to 18 GHz. It provides a fully integrated spectrum analyzer with a real-time analysis bandwidth of 685 MHz. The PMS 1084 from Frankonia Solutions is a 2-channel RF-Power Meter for the frequency range from 100 kHz up to 6 GHz or from 10 kHz to 500 MHz.
