TÜV Rheinland and UWANT Collaborate to Focus on Household Appliances Testing and Certification
TÜV Rheinland Greater China and Suzhou Jiandan Youwei Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai to focus on the field of household appliances and conduct in-depth cooperation in product testing and certification, performance improvement, market access, and personnel capacity building. Rooman Zhou, General Manager of Overseas Marketing of UWANT Li Yonggang, General Manager of Electrical and Electronic Services of TÜV Greater China and others participated in the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, TÜV Rheinland will provide UWANT with testing and certification services in safety, energy consumption, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and chemistry for household appliances and products of its affiliates, conduct technical exchanges and guidance on new market trends and new standards, and provide all-round support for UWANT's product development and overseas market expansion.

The two parties have maintained close communication this year and have had in-depth cooperation. Uwant Cordless wet and dry vacuum cleaner X100 series has obtained the GS certificate issued by TÜV Rheinland, Germany. The X100 series was already launched globally in July this year.
