MVG EMC, a global leader in providing anechoic chambers and absorbing materials for antenna and EMC measurement and test as well as RF and EMP shielding, has announced its participation at European Microwave Week (EuMW) 2024, Europe’s leading event for microwave, RF safety, and wireless technology, scheduled from September 24-26, 2024 in Paris, France. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience the cutting-edge StarLab in action and benefit from exclusive antenna measurement services.
Live Demonstrations of StarLab
MVG will feature live demonstrations of its StarLab system, a multi-probe system, which is the ultimate tool for antenna pattern measurements in laboratories and production environments where space is limited, cost is critical, and the flexibility of a portable system is required. The StarLab’s advanced multi-probe electronic scanning and unlimited sampling technology provide quick, accurate results within minutes. Attendees are encouraged to visit MVG’s booth (N°149D) to see these capabilities firsthand and learn how StarLab can enhance measurement precision in both laboratory and production settings.
Exclusive Antenna Measurements
In addition to live demos, MVG is offering complimentary passive antenna measurements using the StarLab 18 GHz system. This exclusive opportunity allows registered guests to test their latest antenna designs and gain preliminary insights into key performance metrics such as gain, directivity, polarization, and radiation patterns for frequencies ranging from 650MHz to 18GHz. The StarLab can accommodate antennas up to 45cm in diameter.
To ensure availability of all necessary equipment and hassle-free testing, the company has decided to allot dedicated time slot for antenna measurement. Registration is required for the same.
