EEMC Announces Acquisition of HF Technology
EEMC, the EMC specialist of the Elincom Group, will acquire HF Technology as of November 1, 2022. EEMC and HF Technology are both specialized technical distributors of EMC solutions within the electronics domain. The activities of HF Technology will be brought together immediately at EEMC, part of the Elincom Group in Capelle aan den IJssel. The trade name HF Technology will remain.
Danny Langbroek, General Manager Elincom Group states that “We know HF Technology through the EMC ESD association and our trade association FHI, that already feels familiar. The importance of EMC shielding is becoming increasingly important for machine and equipment builders and that has now been brought together in our group.”
According to Hans Zijlstra, commercial director Elincom Group: “The products of HF Technology and EEMC are partly overlapping, but a division in product-market combinations is clearly recognizable. Together we expect to be able to provide the market even more comprehensively through our combined knowledge and solutions.”

I have known both Elincom and EEMC as a knowledge house in their field for a long time. I am pleased that HF Technology is now moving there and I am sure that customers and suppliers will continue to receive excellent service.”
Sem Gorter, founder/owner of HF Technology for almost 30 years, will remain closely involved until April 1, 2023, in order to ensure a smooth transition.
