The EM603-12 by ESDEMC is an IC-Stripline TEM Cell that operates from DC to 12 GHz and generates an electromagnetic field for testing small devices such as ICs, wireless communication modules, etc. It has an external test signal applied through the input port that generates a consistent and predictable TEM test field inside the cell. This TEM cell can test up to 20 kV/m at 53 dBm injected power (maximum rating). It has an Effective septum-to-wall height of 5 mm and an E-Field Strength at the Center of the Cell of 141 V/m @ 1V. The TEM cell has a maximum input power of 200 W-rms and a maximum input voltage of 100 V-rms.  

The EM603-12 measures 113 x 52 x 13.4 mm and weighs approximately 0.5 kg. It is designed to meet the requirements of SAE 1752-3, IEC 61967-2/8, and IEC 62132-2/8 and is ideal for applications in Electromagnetic immunity testing for integrated circuits, Electromagnetic radiation testing for integrated circuits, and ESD/Surge field susceptibility testing for integrated circuits.
