The RSA600A Series from Tektronix are Real-Time  Spectrum Analyzer that operates at a frequency range of 9 kHz to 3.0/7.5 GHz. It has an acquisition bandwidth of 40 MHz and delivers a real-time IF acquisition data rate of 112 Ms/s (16-bit integer samples) with a sweep speed of up to 24.7 GHz/sec. This RTSA has an attenuation range of 0 to 51 dB with a step-size of 1 dB and a DANL of less than -164 dBm/Hz with 3rd Order Inter-modulation distortion level of -80 dBc. It can handle an RF input power of up to +33 dBm and has an input VSWR of less than 1.70:1. It has a phase noise of less than -124 dBc/Hz and spurious levels of less than -76 dBc.  

The RSA600A Series spectrum analyzer can be controlled via a USB 3.0 interface and require a DC supply of 40 V with power consumption of less than 45 W. It is available in a benchtop enclosure that measures 222.3 x 75.0 x 358.6 mm and have N-type female, BNC female, and SMA female connectors.
