The ICR HV100-6 from Langer EMV-Technik is a near-field microprobe that operates from 2.5 MHz to 6 GHz. It has a resolution of 60 µm and an internal diameter of 100 µm. The probe is designed for a high-resolution measurement of magnetic near fields. The probe head of the near-field probe is vertically aligned to the measurement surface and a preamplifier is integrated in the probe housing, powered by the BT 706 bias tee. The ICR HV100-6 probe set can perform Surface Scan via IC according to IEC 61967-3, Volume scan via IC and Pin Scan.
