The MAG 1000 from PFIFFNER Systems is a Power Frequency Immunity Test System for EMC tests requiring AC magnetic fields. It complies with the IEC/EN 61000-4-8 standard and is suitable for short-duration and continuous mode testing up to 1000 A/m. This system has a construction and can accommodate an EUT size of up to 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.5 meters. It is composed of 2 units, a power supply, and a coil to generate the magnetic field strength. The magnetic field is generated at the center of the coil with a maximum variation of 3 dB. This system can be used for vertical and horizontal plane testing, by simply rotating the coil antenna in its mounting on the included stand.

The MAG 1000 can reach a large magnetic field strength with a compact and mobile system. It has an LCD display that shows the magnetic field values and buttons located in the front of the power supply. This system measures 550 x 450 x 143 mm and has a battery life of more than 16 hours.
