The DPA 500N from AMETEK CTS is a Single-Phase Harmonics and Flicker Analyser. It follows the design specifications as per IEC 61000-4-7 (for Class I) and IEC/EN 61000-4-15 and fully complies with the IEC 61000-3-2, IEC 61000-3-12, IEC 61000-3-3 and JIS 61000-3-2 requirements. This analyser offers a wide-range current input (up to 50 A) to prevent data loss during range switching, and its versatility allows for measurement classification selection before or after the process. It includes a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter and has a built-in lumped flicker impedance. The analyzer enables continuous recording of measuring data without any gaps or overlaps due to its real-time kernel and its dedicated hard disk.

The DPA 500N is managed using .NET software (net.control) and includes USB interface for control and data transfer. It enables control of this analyser, uploading recorded measuring data, and conducting classification and analysis. The software accommodates both the latest standards and procedures in line with former standard requirements. It features a convenient fail/pass function for quick analysis and detailed data availability for extended analysis and Equipment Under Test (EUT) evaluation.
