The Rubidium MG362x1A from Anritsu are RF/Microwave Signal Generators that operate from 9 kHz to 20/43.5/70 GHz. They offer atomic clock frequency stability with an internal rubidium frequency reference option and are ideal for Metrology and high-speed clock applications. These generators deliver an output power of up to +20 dBm with an SSB phase noise of -136 dBc/Hz and have a frequency resolution of 0.001 Hz. They have AM, FM/PM, and pulse modulation capabilities that enable a wide range of complex analog modulated signals with a power sweep resolution of 0.01 dB. This rubidium signal generator has a spurious level of less than -63 dBc and harmonics of better than -55 dBc.
The Rubidium MG362x1A generators have built-in, easy-to-use, at-location frequency and power calibration capability which offer exceptional overall utility and value. It features a 7-inch touch screen along with a keypad and dial on the front panel and has a graphical user interface (GUI), designed to provide essential information/settings about the state of the instrument at the top. These generators have a wide range of interfaces for remote control that include 6 x USB 3.0, 1 x 10/100/1000 Ethernet, and 1 x GPIB. It is ideal for low-phase noise applications, such as testing radar subsystems, up/down converters, or high-speed ADCs/DACs. These signal generators are well suited for conducting nonlinear measurements without additional filters because of their low harmonic, subharmonic, and non-harmonic performance at standard and high output power levels.
