The R&S®ESL3 from Rohde & Schwarz is an EMI Test Receiver that operates from 9 kHz to 3 GHz. It combines two instruments in one, measuring EMC disturbances in accordance with the relevant standards and also serving as a full-featured spectrum analyzer. The diverse analysis capabilities, high measurement speed and time-saving automated test routines it ideal for any development lab with a small budget that needs to prepare for EMC certification tests. It has an amplitude accuracy of ±0.5 dB and a displayed average noise level of -152 dBm (with pre-amplifier). This EMI receiver is compliant to IEC 60068-2-64, EN 61326 class B (emission), CISPR 11/EN 55011/group 1, EN 61326 and MIL- standards. 

The R&S®ESL3 ensures an intuitive operation and can perform simultaneous measurements with multiple detectors. It has predefined antenna factors and limit lines in accordance with commercial standards. This test receiver has a 640 x 480-pixel display and includes a LAN interface for remote control. It is available in an enclosure that measures 408.8 x 158.1 x 465.3 mm with 3.5 mm mini jack connectors for AF output and N-type (female) connectors for tracking generator. This receiver is ideal for real-time spectrum analysis and EMI compliance testing applications.
It requires an AC supply and has a power consumption of 45 W.
