The emcware 6.0 from AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation is a Software Suite for automated Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing and report generation. It has over 500 predefined test profiles and offers multi-tone testing capability. The software has a compartmental design with various test methods based on the EMC test standards and also allows users to create their own custom test standards. It is capable of simultaneous control of up to two signal generators and offers manual/automatic signal routing.

 The software suite has a built-in Equipment List Manager that stores equipment info, keeps track of its' calibration dates and reminds users of periodic re-calibration. It can generate extensive, customizable reports in Microsoft Word/Excel document formats.

The emcware 6.0 also has Equipment-under-test (EUT) monitoring capabilities using custom equipment or a National Instruments DAQ card to monitor & report the status of the EUT. It has an extensive driver library to interface & control various instruments, and additional drivers can be created or imported using dynamic link libraries (dll) files. With its ability to conduct radiated & conducted immunity tests as well as emissions tests, emcware 6.0 is an EAR99 export-classified product suitable for both corporate and professional test laboratories.
