The REMC06G18GG from RF-Lambda is an EMC Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 400 W (~56 dBm) with a gain of 70 dB and has a power-added efficiency (PAE) of 20%. This SSPA includes a digital control attenuator with an attenuation range of 31.5 dB (0.5 dB steps). It includes protection functions for over temperature, over current, current imbalance along with RF input over drive protection and VSWR protection. This amplifier uses a knob for gain adjustment, includes a 5-inch LCD display, a keypad and USB interface (optional LAN port for remote control).

The REMC06G18GG is available as a benchtop enclosure that measures 730.0 x 238.5 x 455.5 mm with N-type (female) connectors with option for MIL-STD-883 standard hermetic sealing. It is ideal for military and aerospace, wireless infrastructure, test and measurement, radar systems, 5G wireless communications, microwave radio systems, TR modules, research and development and cellular base stations applications. This amplifier requires a 3-phase AC supply.
