The AMP4071P-1KW from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 4.0 to 6.0 GHz. It delivers a pulsed output power of 1 kW (width up to 100 µs, maximum duty cycle of 10%) with a power gain of more than 60 dB. This class A/AB linear amplifier utilizes GaN technology and features built-in protection circuits with extensive monitoring. It has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. This SSPA is suitable for linear high-peak pulse applications, offering high efficiency and unprecedented reliability. 

The AMP4071P-1KW is equipped with a local LCD monitor and remote flexible interfaces (Ethernet, RJ45 TCP/IP, RS-422/485, and USB) on the front/rear panel for remote monitoring and control. It is available in a rack-mount enclosure that measures 487 x 219 x 700 mm with N-type (female) input and BNC (female) output connectors.
