The AMP2085 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 2.5 to 6 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 250 W (CW) with a power gain of more than 53 dB. This class A/AB amplifier has a GaN linear design and can be used for all single-channel modulation standards. It has high reliability and ruggedness and includes built-in protection circuits. It has non-harmonics spurious emissions of -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. The SSPA is available in a rackmount chassis that measures 560.00 x 481.80 x 222.00 mm with N-type (female) connectors and is ideal for use in broadband EMI/RFI, lab, and military applications. It requires an AC supply and consumes less than 2 kW of power.
