The AMP2030-500-LC from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 0.7 to 6.0 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 600 W (CW or Pulsed) with a power gain of over 57 dB. This amplifier has a Class A/AB linear design with spurious emissions of better than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. It has built-in protection circuits with extensive amplified parameter monitoring for forward/reflected power (in dBm and watts), VSWR, as well as voltage, current and temperature sensing. 

The AMP2030-500-LC can be controlled using Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485 and USB interfaces. It is available in a compact rack-mounted enclosure that measures 600 x 717 x 1080 mm and has N-type female and 7/16-type female connectors. This SSPA is ideal for EMI/RFI, lab, CW/Pulse, and all communication applications. It requires a 3-phase AC supply of 120/208 V and consumes less than 5000 W of power.
