The 52-1700-XXX Series from Spectrum Control are High-altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) Filters. They are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment during hazardous transient conditions and meet the MIL-STD-188-125, E1, and E2 pulse test requirements. These filters have a current rating of 16 A and 30 A to additionally meet the modified E3 pulse test. They are available in packages that measure 9.00 x 4.25 x 4.50 inches and are suitable for use in applications such as aerospace, electronic warfare, detection systems, data storage, and government security facilities.
