The EMC-MC from Microwave Vision Group is a Fully Anechoic Chamber that is suitable for pre-compliance emissions and immunity testing. It has designed for frequency range from 26 MHz to 18 GHz (40 GHz option available), has a 3-meter test range and offers repeatable test results in the range of 1 to 1.2 m. This mini compact chamber achieves high performance and compact dimensions by utilizing MVG’s SmartShield high performance shielding system combined with impedance-matched, hybrid HyPyr-Loss UF ferrite and UH-series polypropylene absorber. It is suitable for pre-compliance testing for CISPR 16-1-4, ANSI-C63.4, FCC parts 15 & 18, CISPR commercial product standards (13, 14, 15, 22, 24, 32, 35, and more) and IEC 61000-4-3 (full compliance) standards and also for ISO 17025, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality standards.

The HyPyr-Loss hybrid material used in this chamber is a unique combination of ferrite tiles and polypropylene pyramid absorbers which optimizes EMC measurement performance. These closed-cell absorbers increase repeatability, reduce the volumetric space, and resist age-related deterioration. It has modular panels with RF connecting joints which enable an easily demountable chamber. The EMC-MC anechoic chamber has an antenna stand with pneumatic polarization control and a load capacity of 100 Kg.
