In January 2022, SGS opened a new state-of-the-art testing facility for electric and/or connected vehicles and their components in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China.
The A2LA ISO 17025 accredited Suzhou laboratory is situated in the heart of China’s growing auto industry. It provides comprehensive solutions for both original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers operating in the electric and/or connected vehicle sector, including wireless module manufacturers.
The facility contains the world’s first multi-probe vehicular over-the-air (OTA) chamber, among comprehensive capabilities in the fields of automobile, electronics, communication, and reliability testing.
