IEEE Webinar to Explain Intricacies of ADAS EMC Testing on October 10, 2023 712370

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) have become a ubiquitous feature on almost all new vehicles. With the development of any new test, there is the process of first determining the purpose of the test by identifying known and potential vulnerabilities, then finding effective ways of exercising and verifying performance. The systems employed in providing ADAS use several technologies, some of which are relatively new to EMC testing methods. Garth D'Abreu, Director of Automotive Solutions at ETS-Lindgren, will explain the intricacies of ADAS EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing in an IEEE webinar scheduled for October 10, 2023, at 05:30 PM Pacific Time.

During the webinar, D'Abreu will explore the challenges and considerations associated with testing ADAS features and safety systems that are vital for a driver's safe operation of a vehicle.

Garth D'Abreu brings over 27 years of experience in the RF industry to the discussion. He is currently responsible for designing and developing turnkey solutions for Automotive EMC, Wireless, and OTA (Over-the-Air) test integration at ETS-Lindgren. His expertise spans Reverberation chambersGTEM cells, RF filters, EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) applications, and wireless device test systems, making him a subject matter expert in the field.

The webinar is open for registration from September 11, 2023, to October 10, 2023, at 07:00 PM Pacific Time.
