AMETEK CTS Releases 3-Phase Teseq Coupling Network with Switchable Current Range

AMETEK CTS Releases 3-Phase Teseq Coupling Network with Switchable Current Range712370

AMETEK CTS has Introduced CDN 3063A-C100.1, which is the first 3-phase Teseq coupling network with a switchable current range. This advancement means that users can now seamlessly cover the entire current spectrum with a single CDN unit. By eliminating the need for multiple CDNs (one for each current range), the CDN 3063A-C100.1 not only delivers cost savings but also streamlines the testing setup process for users.

Designed to meet the requirements of the current surge standard IEC 61000-4-5 Ed. 3, the CDN 3063A-C100.1 offers selectable current ranges of 32 A, 63 A, and 100 A. The CDN 3063A-C100.1 also dynamically adjusts its decoupling inductance based on the chosen current range. The new product is packaged in a 34 HU rack that can also accommodate the NSG 3060A compact generator.

Key Features of the CDN 3063A-C100.1 include:

  • First 3-phase Teseq coupling network with switchable current range.
  • Cost-effective alternative to using multiple CDNs for different current ranges.
  • Simplifies test setup for users.
  • Selectable current ranges of 32 A, 63 A, and 100 A.
  • Compliant with IEC 61000-4-5 Ed. 3 surge standard.
  • The CDN 3063A-C100.1 is supplied in a 34 HU rack in which the NSG 3060A compact generator can also be installed.
