The SPECTRAN V6 ECO 200XA-6 from Aaronia AG is a Compact Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer that operates from 9 kHz to 6 GHz (up to 8 GHz optional extension for Wi-Fi 6E support). It incorporates a vector signal generator, has a real-time bandwidth of 44 MHz (Tx) and 88 MHz (2 x 44 MHz, via USB), and a resolution bandwidth from 62 mHz to 200 MHz. This spectrum analyzer utilizes the built-in monitoring receiver to capture even the shortest signal transmissions. It can perform a complete scan of up to 6 GHz in less than 2 ms with a sweep speed of 500 GHz/s (or 3 THz/s). This analyzer provides an excellent dynamic range with a sample rate of 500 MSPS and has a displayed average noise level (DANL) of -170 dBm/Hz. It enables users to conduct measurements in different types of test settings such as spectrum monitoring, RF and microwave measurements, interference hunting, EMC testing, and Wi-Fi network measurements.
The SPECTRAN V6 ECO 200XA-6 uses the RTSA-Suite PRO analysis software to transform the analyzer into a fully featured benchtop spectrum analyzer, enabling remote measurements and analysis. It offers full support for native C++ SDK for Windows and Linux and uses platform-independent HTTP-based API for remote control. This spectrum analyzer also supports community plug-ins for GNU radio, SDRAngel, SDR++, and other software tools. It integrates GNSS capabilities for concurrent reception of signals and can be integrated with separate RF products such as a splitter/combiner to stitch multiple V6 units together, further expanding its real-time bandwidth.
This spectrum analyzer requires a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C PD 3.0-based power supply and consumes 10 W of power. It is available in an enclosure that measures 210 x 115 x 30 mm and has SMA and SMB connectors. It is ideal for use in fast spectrum monitoring/analysis applications.
