The EMI64k from Gauss Instruments is an Automation Software Suite for radiated and conducted emission measurements. It is particularly designed for military and commercial EMI testing. The software complies with standards such as CISPR 16-2-3, FCC, ANSI, MIL-461, and DO-160 and supports both FFT-based and conventional measurements. This software is compatible with TDEMI Systems equipment which can be easily embedded in a fully automated test environment. The software can even automate conditions of sporadic interferences or drifting emissions. The measurement data format of this software is compatible with Matlab, making it highly flexible and easily extendable using drivers and test setups.

The EMI 64k software supports conducted emissions, measurement of disturbance power, radiated emission measurements in a full anechoic room (FAR) or at an open area test site (OATS) as well as in a semi anechoic chamber (SAC). With the EMI 64k software it is possible to speed up the measurement using the quasi-peak detector for a scan with a scan time of less than 10 s. The measurement is carried out at all 3 axes, and an OATS equivalent result is calculated.
