The Series 500 from Select Fabricators are Portable RF/EMI Shielded Enclosures designed for a frequency range from 400 MHz to 18 GHz. They provide a shielding effectiveness of 90 dB (from 1 to 11 GHz) and have been tested to meet IEEE 299 Standards. The enclosures are made using NovaSelect™ RoHS compliant silver/copper/nickel conductive fabric and utilize single door or double-door patented seal system. The double magnet strip closure delivers maximum isolation. These soft-wall enclosures allow easy setup and breakdown for quick deployment when and where the enclosure is needed.

The Series 500 portable shielded enclosures have heavy-duty tarp flooring to protect the conductive floor. They feature a flame retardant/resistant liner, an ESD liner for static control, and sound reduction/absorbing lining with sound masking systems. These enclosures are ideal for various applications, such as EMC pre-compliance or conducted and radiated emissions testing, wireless device testing, temporary EMI shielding, and ensuring secure communications.
