The SCN-534/6G from Pendulum Instruments is a 6 GHz EMC Scanner System (optional extension up to 10 GHz). It enables repetitive and consistent measurements for easy comparative measurements between alternative designs. This scanner is a pre-compliance tool for measurement and analysis of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI). It features a repetitive high-resolution 4D (3D movement plus rotation of the probe head) scanning of radiation with a step size of 100 μm. This scanner is capable of analysis for test objects measuring 470 x 100 mm (W x H) with a scan area of 300 x 200 x 100 mm (4D). It utilizes easy-to-use and feature-rich software that lets you measure and visualize the intensity and the location of a radiation source at a component level or even inside a component. The results of such measurements can be shown as two- or three-dimensional colored maps.   

The SCN-534/6G measures 550 x 470 x 630 mm, weighs approx. 15 kg and supports VISA compatible communication port (GPIB, USB or LAN) for remote control. This EMC scanner requires an AC supply from 100 to 240 V and consumes 45 W of power.
