The VBA230-80 from Vectawave Technology is a Class A Power Amplifier that operates from 150 kHz to 230 MHz. It delivers an output power of more than 80 W with a minimum gain of 50 dB. This unconditionally stable power amplifier utilizes robust push-pull MOSFET technology to enhance the suppression of even-order harmonics and has harmonics of better than -20 dBc (at 70 W output power). It is available in a rackmount/benchtop 19-inch, 3U enclosure with N-type (female) connectors and is suitable for EMC testing and other applications where high linearity is required. This amplifier does not require any fold-back protection which makes it ideal for demanding transducer requirements.
