The REMC02G06GE from RF-Lambda is an EMC Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 550 W (~57.5 dBm) with a small signal gain of 70 dB. This amplifier includes a digital control attenuator with an attenuation range of 30 dB (0.5 dB steps). It includes protection functions for over temperature, over current, current imbalance along with RF input over drive protection and VSWR protection. This amplifier uses a knob for gain adjustment, includes a 5-inch LCD display, a keypad and USB interface (optional LAN port for remote control).

The REMC02G06GE is available in a benchtop enclosure that measures 732.0 x 238.5 x 450.5 mm with N-type (female) connectors with option for MIL-STD-883 standard hermetic sealing. It is ideal for military and aerospace, wireless infrastructure, test and measurement, radar systems, 5G wireless communications, microwave radio systems, TR modules, research and development and cellular base stations applications. This amplifier requires a 3-phase AC supply.
