The REMC0052G200A from RF Lambda is a  GaN EMC Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 20 to 520 MHz. It delivers a saturated power output of 200 W (~53 dBm) with a small signal gain of 55 dB (flatness of ±3.0 dB) and has a power-added efficiency (PAE) of 30%. The SSPA supports auto-calibration and includes over-temperature and over-current protection.  It has a typical input VSWR of 1.5:1 and provides a matched impedance value of 50 ohms for source and load. The amplifier is available in a 3U rack-mount/tabletop chassis  (hermetically sealed option available) with N-type (female) connectors for both input and output. It is suitable for applications in military, aerospace, telecom infrastructure, 5G wireless communications, radar systems, TR modules, R&D and cellular base stations.

This SSPA requires an AC supply of 110/220 V.
