The AMP2085E-1LC from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 2 to 8 GHz. It delivers a CW/Pulsed output power of more than 250 W and gain of more than 54 dB with a gain adjustment range of 20 dB. This SSPA is based on a Class A/AB linear design delivering high power over an instantaneous S/C-band bandwidth. It has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc, harmonics of -20 dBc, and a 2-tone intermodulation distortion (IMD) of -30 dBc.
This amplifier includes built-in protection circuits with extensive monitoring capabilities, offering high efficiency and unprecedented reliability. It is also equipped with local LCD and remote flexible interfaces (RJ45 TCP/IP, RS-422/485, and USB) on the front/rear panel for remote monitoring and control.
