The AMP1002A from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 1.0 to 6.0 GHz. It delivers an output power of more than 15 W (Pulsed) with a gain of better than 42 dB. This Class A/AB GaN linear amplifier is equipped with built-in protection circuits and provides high reliability and ruggedness. It has spurious levels of better than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. This SSPA requires a DC supply from 28 to 30 V and consumes less than 5 W. It is available in a compact housing that measures 157 x 69 x 27 mm with SMA-female connectors and is ideal for all single-channel modulation standards.
