The Model 3102 from ETS-Lindgren is a Conical Log Spiral Antenna that operates from 1 to 10 GHz. This circularly polarized antenna has a VSWR of less than 1.6:1 and can handle a CW input power of 50 W. The spiral windings of semi-rigid coaxial cable attached to the fiberglass cone allow for better heat dissipation. It is available in an enclosure that is attached to a Delrin rod equipped with an aluminum base and each unit is individually calibrated for optimal performance. This antenna has N-type (female) connectors and is suitable for MIL-STD and SAE testing, to find spectral characteristics of RF emissions, immunity testing and as a communication antenna in support of over-the-air wireless device testing.
